  Busy at peak times but staff are helpful and self service is very good

  PROS: - you can buy lots of stationary and books as well (as part of WHSmith), - self-service area (thank god!), - clean. CONS: - hidden inside a WHSmith (on the first floor, you can easily miss it), - staff pretty ignorant, - long queues (if you can use the machine instead of waiting in line, do it).

  Now has self serve tills which reduces the queueing significant
