  Wouldn't let me open an account because my proof of address was 'wrong'. Opened my mate's account even though we had the exact same letter written by the same person since we live together. Then they made me change the letter a few times, before they decided to tell me that this letter is completely invalid. So how does it work? We both had 'invalid' proofs and one can open an account one can't? Made no sense, doesn't seem like they treat everyone fairly.
