  Had an appointment here today with Collette, she immediately put me at my ease offering a cup of coffee. When we got down to business she explained everything so clearly and thoroughly, nothing was too much trouble, very patient and understanding of my needs. Really took her time and I appreciated her sensitivity given the circumstances. Thank you.

  Staff are very helpful and friendly, can get a bit busy due to the small size however.

  I opened a bank account recently with this branch. The bank manager was great he walked be through everything I needed to know and also warned me to make sure I don't go into the red because I'd incur a lot of bank charges if I did. Since then I had money taken out of my account that shouldn't have been. I called Lloyds and the woman on the phone immediately realized what had happened and fixed it for me within 10 minutes (and refunded the money) I could not be more pleased with this bank and I'm very happy I'm a lloyds customer.
