  I’m one of their customers and I have to say they are really polite and willing to help. If it gets busy somebody always comes and asks what do you need and if they can they do it for you they do it 😊

  Not professional at all, so many times same problem happened. Staff don't take their job serious. I sent money abroad several times at this branch each time something different happened. Once the money gone all over the country and being to almost every city and came back to my account £60 short, they said they will be refunding £60 which they never done. And it was the young mens fault who was at the counter that time as he didn't put the city name at all. Another time sent the money I clearly said money should arrive in GBP but money reached to destination in local currency and I end up losing £250. I believe this branch require attention of management. I've been to Edmonton branch which is not bettered than this branch.

  Not so busy during week days, as it used to be. Staff are always pleasant and helpful.

  Staff are friendly and helpfull. Refurbished recently which improved greatly the experience at the branch.
