  I am very impressed with Lloyds Family Jewellery. The service was excellent and I was delighted with the items which came when I was told they would. The packaging is amongst the best I have seen for items being sent through the post. If anyone asks me if I know a Jeweller I can recommend I will certainly point them towards Lloyds. Thank you!

  Huge thank you to Matthew for guaranteeing delivery of my new eternity ring before lunchtime on Thursday, as we were going on holiday on the Friday. Especially as we only ordered it on Tuesday evening! We’ve bought a tennis bracelet from them before so knew we could rely on them. Will definitely use again in the future. Thank you :)

  From the first point of contact to the last I spoke with the same member of staff who was able to help provide alternative products and options throughout. Continuous and consistent contact was kept informing me every step of the way through my purchasing process and even when I needed to return my item for it to be replaced free of charge for a better fit. The website was clear and concise, delivery was prompt and secure and the customer service was faultless throughout. I couldn't recommend Mathew and the team more. Fantastic family jewelers.

  Great customer service - helped me through all of the ordering service and payments for finance. The order and payments went through quickly and the ring was delivered within a week. The quality of the ring is amazing and was well worth the price. It was well protected in the box and the jewellery box that comes with it is gorgeous and unique!
