  Terrible service. I paid £15 for a cholesterol test before christmas and was not given my full results up front "because I'd get them in the post and I'd be emailed them too". I never received my results, and have had to go in twice to ask about it. Both times they were argumentative and said that they aren't required to send my results "because I was told them on the day". One of staff members said they would make an exception and send the results in the post. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't received them. Waste of £15.
