::ON TUESDAY 27th MARCH I WENT TO COLLECT MY MONTHLY REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ONLY TO BE TOLD IT HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED FROM MY DOCTOR'S AND - AS THIS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN THE FAULT OF LLOYDS SYSTEM IT MUST HAVE BEEN AN ERROR ON MY PART. TO DISPUTE THIS I SHOWED THEM THE DATED COLLECTION CARD WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME BY YOU AT MY LAST VISIT. SO AFTER SOME HUMMING AND HARRING ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER TOLD ME SHE WOULD TRY TO GET ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION FOR ME BY SHORT CUTTING THE SYSTEM. SHE AGREED TO RING ME BEFORE 4PM IF THIS COULD ARRANGED . BECAUSE OF THE FORTHCOMING EASTER BREAK IT WAS OBVIOUSLY IMPERATIVE TO RESOLVE THIS BY 4PM BECAUSE OF THE 48 HOUR RULE AT MY SURGERY OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY BEFORE THE SURGERY RE-OPENED AS I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK DESPITE LEAVING MY MOBILE NUMBER WITH YOU - I CALLED YOU TO ASK WHAT WAS HAPPENING ONLY TO INITIALLY BE TOLD THAT BECAUSE I COULD NOT NAME THE PERSON WHO WAS DEALING WITH THE ISSUE YOU COULD NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM !!!! GLOSSING OVER THAT ASTONISHING ATTITUDE IT WAS EVENTUALLY AGREED THAT I WOULD BE CALLED AT HOME LATER. EVENTUALLY I RECEIVED A CALL AT 6PM TO CONFIRM THAT MY PRESCRIPTION WAS AT LAST READY FOR ME AND I SAID I WOULD COLLECT IT THE FOLLOWING MORNING. HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED IN THE NEXT MORNING TO PICK UP IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT ALL BUT THAT EFFORTS WOULD BE MADE TO TRY "DIG IT OUT" AFTER WAITING FOR SOME CONSIDERABLE TIME AND SEEING OTHER CUSTOMERS COMING AND GOING AND COLLECTING THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS I ASKED THE QUESTION - HOW COULD YOU SAY IT WAS READY FOR COLLECTION AT 6PM THE PREVIOUS DAY YET IT ISN'T READY THIS MORNING ? I WAS THEN TOLD YOU WERE LITERALLY SWAMPED WITH REQUESTS AND OTHER EXCUSES WHICH COMPLETELY AVOIDED ANSWERING THE ABOVE QUESTION AND SEEMED A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE APPARENTLY MAKING IT UP ON THE GO... I EVENTUALLY GOT MY PRESCRIPTION BUT I AM DEFINATELY NOT IMPRESSED BY THE ATTITUDES OF SOME OF YOUR STAFF AND SUGGEST YOU LOOK INTO THEIR COMPLACENCY AND APPARENT LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS WHOSE PHYSICAL AILMENTS KEEP THEM IN GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. ::Switched to this pharmacy because i work shifts and its open late. But my meds have never been right and a lot of the time there not even ready.... My Drs say the pharmacy diddnt request my prescription. This pharmacy says my Dr's never sent my prescription out. I never had this problem with my old pharmacy which was also Lloyd's.

::Excellent service and great advice. Spoke to Katy at the pharmacy re an enquiry re my daughters prescription which needed to be changed from tablet to liquid form. Although the pharmacist was unable to do this without a new prescription Katy was polite, efficient and gave us excellent advice as to how to obtain the prescription in liquid form and how we could have the prescription e-mailed to a pharmacy nearby as we live out of the area. PS don't know or how to change my posting name, I'm from Hartlepool and not a London babe
