  Always jump on you as soon as you walk in and it's all of them and make you feel uncomfortable. Also the manager lies by saying that they don't do lavender re fills when you can clearly get them on the L'occitain website and qvc. Think it's because if you keep getting them in the metal container it makes the store more money as its £19 when the refill is £13. The manager is always there and gets a gob on when you ask to be left alone or leave empty handed. Always pressure sell you instead of leaving you alone.
