  A very friendly service. I went in to replace the heels of my boots and the man behind the desk was very friendly and explained the process for fixing the shoes. He seems very passionate about the craft and had been in the shoe making/repairing business for a long time. Very happy with the new heels and would recommend this place!

  WARNING!! do not repair your shoes and locks here, the worst exprerince of my life. the worst customer service the three people who works are so rude with customers

  Worst customer service experience I've had in all my years of living in the UK. When I arrived the more senior of the two shop keepers was friendly and making jokes and then he suddenly changed mood when I started asking questions about the repair (I asked about the colour and material of the new heels-legitimate questions I think- especially if I am going to pay more than £20 for them!). His mood changed so quickly I was quite confused, I couldn't tell if he was still joking. Then when I realised he wasn't (after he told me to "take my custom elsewhere" for a second time), I walked out. The younger shop keeper just kept his back to me and said nothing. I was quite shaken up and can't seem to get this horrible experience off my mind. I was trying to support local business and do the right thing by getting my shoes repaired rather that buying new ones...I work locally in a large organisation and will be telling all my colleagues to avoid!

  Best locksmith shop in the area Alex and Anthony know there stuff and the old man jokes ain’t that bad
