  My food was very late and cold and i call the the place and there were just rude so dont waste your money

  This place has 4 workers from what I know. Two young dudes, a guy in his 40s and the old guy. All of them are nice and polite, just not the old guy. Is really needs to work on his attitude and his manners. Maybes it's acceptable in Turkey but not here. I usually get their fried chicken which is good. A note for anyone who wants to order their fries. Ask them to make sure the oil is okay. They once served me fried in black oil. I could tell because of the colour of the fries. One of the younger guys didn't hesitate to give me a fresh batch. I doubt the old guy would have done that. I would love to give it 4 but I just can't. That man needs to give better service.

  TERRIBLE Customer Service! I ordered Mixed Grill at £10, an elder member of staff asked if I wanted Salad, I said yes but separate please. He started getting annoyed at this request and lecturing me and saying how do I expect it separate? Did I bring my own container? I said, all I wanted is the salad separate, he can put it in a salad bag or little container. He then said he will charge me £1.50 extra to put the salad I had already paid for in a separate container, meanwhile rudely waving the container in my face. To this, I clearly stated how bad and rude his customer service skills was. He lost £10, because he wanted to charge £1.50 extra for a 5 pence container. What a joke!

  Wings didn't have enough spice and too greasy and they refused to serve tap water which is illegal, sort it out.
