  Beautiful hotel, inside and outside. Some rooms are smaller than anticipated, however mine was perfect! The customer service from staff was excellent, to the point that they even moved me to a better room on the same floor as my friends and installed a fridge in one of our rooms! Beds were comfortable bathrooms were clean! I thoroughly recommend!

  Fantastic hotel brilliant for the Borough Market. Right underneath the Shard. The staff are fabulous. The rooms aren't big but you are in London plenty of space for a couple. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very good with a lot if choice. Been here over a dozen times and will be returning shortly.

  Although it was easter it gets really busy. Customer service was great. People there were friendly. I only had drinks and they were cold. Would of been a better experience for me if it wasn't soo many people there

  Extremely well located hotel for either business or pleasure. Clean, convenient and with very friendly staff. Very nice place.

  It's a nice although not a luxury hotel. It's location is brilliant, just right outside London Bridge Station (tube and train). The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful. The English breakfast is simple but more than adequate. Its cosy. Suitable for business or leisure travellers. I will stay here again.
