  We entered this store for the first time yesterday. Lovely staff and the best experience my 5'10" seventeen year old daughter has ever had shopping. This is the only shop that has a choice of clothes she can wear. So important to be able to see and feel the quality of the fabrics. Online shopping just cant give this. The ability to try on and be able to choose 3 pairs of jeans/trousers has really lifted her self confidence. To now loose this shop is such a shame as her future experiences of a shoppping trip cannot be the same as other shorter people. Please keep this shop open. Thank you for a great time on her birthday yesterday.

  I would just like to say a big thank your all your team who over the years have been extremely friendly and helpful when I have come into your store. It's the only store my husband enjoys me shopping in . I will be sad to see your store go but felt I needed to say thank you and all the best for future.

  Good Carribean food, better than you'd expect from a chain. Nice cocktail bar in the corner, beautifully lit. I like it. Have been here several times.

  Lovely shopping experience. All the staff are friendly but the manager Regina is so welcoming and helpful. The shop is well laid out with most of the clothes from the catalogue. Much better than other LTS stores I have visited.
