  Went in to buy a new Kuga. I asked the girl on reception (first point of cantact?)if there was one in the showroom. She looked at me like I had asked her for an atomic equation for safe cold fusion.... So I saw there was a used one on the forecourt the same spec as I wanted. I asked if I could see inside it. I was directed to a man having a laugh with his colleagues who actually put his hand up to stop me approaching so he could continue his story. When he had quite finished I then told him I just wanted to look inside the car on the forecourt. We went outside and he said he would go back in to get the keys. After 10 minutes... Still no sign of him. At this point I left disappointed and a bit dejected about the whole car buying process. If they care this much at the point of sale, what is the after sale service going to be like?

  Took car for key fob doing plus tyre keeps going down fob ok tyre still the same ?????

  Purchased my Ford Focus ST from here a few months ago I have been very happy with it and the staff always very helpful and pleasant.

  Been to lookers ford twice now both very pleasant experiences. Car was under warranty and had gearbox issues. It was a big job that took over a week to complete but was given a free courtesy car and all the work was done free of charge. Also been for servicing and mot gave the car a free vac and wash and very good customer service
