  If you're interested in buying a car don't bother going here. No customer parking, staff more interested in socialising with each other than looking after customers. Had to chase them for updates. It may be a vauxhall main dealer but the service received had me heading for the door. Avoid avoid avoid! 👎👎👎👎👎

  Absolutely disgraceful service - car went in for diagnostics on the 25th of March with assurance that work would commence on the 27th. Called for updates every couple of days afterwards and failed to get a single call back. Finally managed to speak to someone three weeks later and was told they would have to move the car to Star City as they weren't going to be able to fit it in. If I'd been told that in the first place or on any of the 7-8 times I called for an update, I could have chosen a different garage and had repairs completed within days. Avoid like the plague unless you fancy paying over a grand for a hire car while you wait for them to bother to tell you they don't have time to repair your car.

  This dealership is a credit to Vauxhall. Extremely polite and get the job done without taking advantage of the customer. I have dealt with other Vauxhall dealerships (e.g. Chingford) that have little care for their customers and make false claims. Therefore despite closer dealerships i would rather drive the 2.5 hours to Selly Oak. A great team of honest and dedicated staff. The manager of this dealership has definitely got things right.

  The staff are very polite and informative. The video tour of the car that was sent to us before travelling out for the test drive is a nice touch. Great customer service
