  Very friendly and helpful staff.. plenty of options for tickets and cards that match one's needs and circumstances.. with many available tours for visitors of Edinburgh. Could be useful to provide an off-working-hours vendor machine for some types of tickets and cards.

  Visited for the purpose of getting a ridacard the process was so far and easy, you wait fur the line, full out a form with personal details and they take a picture of you which will be on the card, after a few minutes of wait your card is ready and you can instantly top it up and use it, simple and fast, recommended if you are using public transport on the daily.

  Best bus and transport company in Britain not just Scotland. Consistently wins best company of the year nearly every year. Good clean buses and they arrive on time. Has good facilities for the disabled.

  Absolutely first class provider of public service transport - a credit to Edinburgh. Cheap ticket options, easy access for families and those with disabilities. Huge number of routes about the city all accessible with a well-priced day ticket (hop on hop off). Can't beat Lothian buses!
