  Needs to review opening times. Everything is crammed in the shop you can hardly move especially when children and parents in. Everything squashed.

  Disgusting customer services ride staff I bought a blaser my son had it 3 weeks and the buttons feel off they refused to give another blaser because they said it was down to my son pulling them off which he didn't. The Asian man with green eyes then started swaring about me to his mum because I wasn't happy with them wanting to sow the buttons on. They shou2ldnt have bloody feel off in the first place. Never buying from them again. My husband went back in today for a second time to give them another chance to refund this time has this is what I was advised to do by citizens advice/Trading standards but again they refused. Then trying to talk down to me on the phone telling me how trading standards won't do anything and her family works for them and how she has a degree. I might add I don't need to no about your degree and as it stands I have one too! Citizens advice have sent a report to trading standards saying this is now classed has a criminal act. So I urge anyone who as had problems with them to contact citizens advice/Trading standards. Don't give these people you hard earned MONEY. Quick to take it but not to give it back. Parrswood have also said they don't deal with them because of poor quality. Again when I told the woman this she got aggressive and was trying to tell me that other shops use the same supplier. The difference with other shops Is they wouldn't be so rude as you lot and would have no problem with dealing with the mater properly. My children have all attended Mauldeth Rd school and I have always bought uniform from here dispite the staff's rudness and the uniforms weren't that good quality for Mauldeth Rd school either but my issue with this is, these blaser cost £40 and went faulty in 3 weeks. Totally discussed them 😡😡😡

  We were looking for Brownies uniform for my daughter. We found everything we wanted (t-shirt, trousers and cap) and much more.

  Good uniform shop with lots of stock however I think the layout of the store is too cramped especially when there's lots of parents uniform shopping. Not very child friendly considering its the childrens uniforms that they sell. The older staff come across very pushy and slightly rude. It's very money orientated and can be persuaded into buying uniform that is not always necessary.
