  "Expert Locksmiths & Architectural Ironmongers, since 1856" says it all about this wonderful shop. Bought some brass bits and pieces - quick and easy. Efficient staff. Check for opening times.

  Best locksmith in town! Forget any other in Hove or Brighton. They are helpful and professional! I went there today after going to a not so good one in Hove. This team were excellent! Thank you.

  Great customer service on my first time visit and a wonderful layout of stock patterns on wall panels to choose from I would strongly recommend anyone refurbishing properties to take a walk over there and take look The staff are very helpful and prices are competitive

  Chronically rude and unhelpful I suggest if you are looking for great service and friendly helpful store go elsewhere ML Banfield is not a place to bring your business. Having rang to ask if the store was open we drove to the store only to have the shopkeeper hide upstairs pretending to be empty! Seriously who does this what a stupid childish stunt and to what end? To lose customers, reputation damage and act like fool! It was only because the incredulity of my partner who stayed there thinking the best that we saw him leaving to be told we hadn't been there for 5 minutes or had called! I suggest if you want great service and a walm welcome visit Dockerlls where you can get better deals and a friendlier face! Poor poor poor!

  Exceptionally good, traditional over the counter service used by local people like landlords, property developers, builders & those in the know. I recommend 'Banfields' to all my customers & anyone who will listen. The general public are just as welcome. Even if you take their time up asking for a low value item they will happily recommend something and sell it to you or cut a key etc. I have being going there for nearly 20 years and never had a single problem, only the highest levels of service.
