  I am a landlord. I contacted Richard to replace a damaged toilet with a new one. We agreed on the phone the price including any pieces required and agreed the brand that will fit well in place of the old toilet on the laminate flooring to avoid any gaps or damage. I had to wait for 2 weeks and after several calls and whatsapp messages he came in today. Unfortunately the new ordered toilet as he instructed didnt fit well and created a big gap in the laminaate floor. equally he asked the tenant to add 30 GPB more than the agreed price claiming that he had to buy a new piece for the toilet. He left the old toilet outside the door although he was supposed to break it to pieces and leave it in recycling bin. This gentleman is dishonest. He charged more than the agreed procel, didnt do the job properly and created problems in the flooring. I have to arrange now for someone to fit a new laminate floor and find a way to dispose the old toilet. I will never recommend this rubbish plumber.

  Fair price for the work done, which was several things. Carried out the work in a reasonably quick time and kept me informed as to what he was doing. Will use again and recommend.

  Really good quality work and a fair price. Really friendly guy and taught me a fair bit about my own house! Will definitely be using Richard again and would definitely recommend!!! Thanks

  Richard was really helpful, and polite. Came out on Sunday afternoon to fix a blocked sink. Rates very reasonable too.
