  They encouraged guests with children but not very well set up when it come to having a meal. The 3 course sit down evening meal doesn't start service until 6:30pm. Only option was bar food of which 60% of the menu was unavailable. The staff were very apologetic and seemed rather embarrassed. No complaints with the service. The rooms were big and beds were well made for the children. Children have allocated swimming times which makes total sense, most guests want a relaxing swim but beware even during children's swimming times despite no misbehaving there was still a handful of elderly woman who made it their mission to continue to do breaststroke through the groups of children taking time at each end to choose their target.

  Upsides, really good food, very comfortable bed, amazing hot stone massage. Downsides, no jacuzzi!!! Not sure how you can claim to offer an excellent spa experience when there is no hot tub. Also the guest were mainly families with very young children. Wouldn't recommend for a relaxing couples weekend.

  Room is clean, nice. The restaurant service is fantastic and the food is good. Welcome service is brill and the kids love the small present. However the staff is rude when I told them there is no bathrobe in the room at all - they’re supposed to be available in our room.

  Lovely hotel! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including during mealtimes when things got busy. The room was very spacious, super comfy mattress on the bed and AC to help if it's too cold, or too hot. Both a bath and a shower in the bathroom, which I always nice. Pool, steam room and sauna were all very clean and great to use. Will definitely visit again.

  Had a very lovely stay here. Very relaxing. Lovely room and grounds. The food in the restaurant was very good indeed!! All you can eat breakfast was great too! Had a facial treatment which was lush! I have only knocked a star off because I was a bit disappointed in the spa area. It was a bit small and the pool was full of kids. No offence to kids - I have 2 myself, but I go to a spa to relax and it failed on this!
