::Rowdy old school live music Irish boozer with polite big lump geezers on the door. Decent selection of drinks. Ceilidh style band on when I went who played modern and traditional songs in the ceilidh style. More smiles and atmosphere in 2 minutes in this place than in 50 minutes in the massive crappy boring soulless Wetherspoons opposite. Be warned though, the bar staff are busy and you need to be pro-active to get served. It’s like my old mum used to say....”Shy bairns get nowt!”... Would recommend for a visit.
