  Great place full of knowledge and competitive prices. Some good deals available here for fishkeepers and also some interesting design and set ups to give inspiration for modelling your own aquarium on. Always worth checking them out for latest deals and offers.

  Have been a frequent customer here for years however in the last 12 months the shop has gone down hill massively. Visited a few months ago with the intent of buying a new tank. The staff were more interested in having a chat about their weekend so we left and purchased from another retailer. We've visited twice in the last 3 months to purchase some fish and again the staff are completely disinterested. Several of the tanks had dead, decaying fish in and none of the staff seemed to care. They have a great selection of fish and products but their staff are really letting them down. They had a wonderful team previously, but the chaps who had been there for quite some time seem to have been replaced with disinterested students who clearly have zero interest. They are losing out on a lot of business - we have seen others leave the shop also due to not being able to get staff attention also.
