  Visited store to get digital print for wedding card. Was given a quote over the phone earlier. When in store, Jamie who served me was quite impatient, and said 'we havent charged alot for this, i've got other things to do as well'. Jamie huffed and puffed and said 'you can rent the comp to change stuff but i dont have time for this' when i asked him to drag a text box slightly higher up the Word document, which takes one second to do. Was very dissapointed with the customer service provided, although the printout itself turned out fine. I had to apologise for bringing him business to calm the situation! Come on Mail Boxes, you cant do better than that?! If you are not able to deliver your services at the quoted price, please reject the job, or quote a higher price rather than huff and puff during the job itself!
