  Maison Estates is an excellent agency I have been renting from them for 5 + years and anytime there's been an issue its always dealt with promptly. Sanjay, Ben & Georgina are the best !

  Could give no stars if I could. The worst, most untrustworthy letting agents I have ever come across. We faced many unwarranted charges and fees, went to the ombudsman who ruled in our favour. Sanjay in particular had an attitude problem and went out of his way to make life difficult for us. Constant mould and drain problems which he tried to charge us for, leading to difficult conversations about which sanitary products my wife used. Avoid, for your own sake.

  I love Maison Estates, i have been in the lettings business for around 15+ years and handle my portfolio as an arm chair landlord and that's what I love about Maison Estates, not only do they handle absolutely everything from tenancy agreements, vetting tenants, sending me the deposit and first months rent within 48 hours and then managing all the aspects of management and move-ins etc, they do it all in a hassle free manner, they always contact me, i never ever have once had to chase them, unlike so many "so called" letting agents. For a full management service I am paying a lot less now then I was previously, they are extremely proficient!

  Sanjay and Ben carry out an excellent job of ensuring the team at Maison Estates manage and source quality tenants time after time. More importantly they also provide exemplary support and knowledge on types of properties and local areas best considered for property development. Very highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional and reliable team to work with and who are also extremely pleasant on a personal level. The team are also very enthusiastic and have a great deal of experience in the Buy To Let market. They provide an excellent and speedy level of service in locating quality tenants and managing property portfolios and top this up with great advice if looking to buy new property or improve your rental yield. I would highly recommend Maison Estates to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and experienced team to work with, thanks guys.
