  The team at mailtands care. This is what puts them above all the other agents I have dealt with. They care about you as a buyer and a seller. Their communication is second to none and they are a pleasure to deal with. I've experienced a few agents in my time and none come close to the service you receive from Maitlands.

  I have recently purchased a property through Maitlands- Plympton. Tommy and Julie went above and beyond for me as a prospective purchaser. There were some issues along the way that meant the agents had to attend the property more than would have been expected, for different property and amenities checks. Tommy was very happy to work with my representatives and did a lot to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible. Julie too, kept things flowing well from the office, this allowed the process to be completed in good time. I would definitely consider look at purchasing through Maitlands in the future.

  The estate agent lied about the state of the property we bought stating work had been done when it hadn't. We were also left with wardrobes, garden furniture and dog mess to deal with and when contacted she couldn't care less. Will never buy or sell with Maitlands Plympton!

  We've had two properties with you since moving to Devon over three years ago. The first experience was the property was in shocking condition and had many problems with it. The second experience was just as bad but without the mould. We have been treated absolutely disgustingly and would not recommend this agent to anyone.
