  We were very happy with the service and food. Starters (mushrooms) were well presented. Bhuna special wasn't oily and neither was the garlic naan which is often the case. The lady who took us to the table was very friendly and gave excellent service. The fella who took our orders did look a bit disinterested and vacant but his recommendation for my friend was spot on.

  Best Indian In Oxford by far. Greeted by friendly staff. The timing between courses is perfect for a meal out with partner. The food is amazing will keep coming back.

  Yet another special night at Majliss. Great food, atmosphere and service. We have never been let down by this restaurant, no matter what the occasion. I still continue to highly recommend this restaurant. You won't find a better Indian Restaurant in Oxfordshire.

  I have ordered from here multiple times and have repeatedly asked for it to be a not extremely hot. Now as an Indian I have been brought up eating spicy food so this is not a case of asking for something that is hard to make. But even after repeated requests it's like they pay no attention at all. It was not like this a couple of years ago. I will give it one more try and post again. I very much hope we see an improvement as they used to be excellent restaurant and my preferred choice in Oxford.

  First in so obviously quiet. Great meal, tender garlic lamb. No issues. Went back twice recently and food just gets better. Service is very good too.
