  Lovely stay with very friendly staff. Lovely food. Very clean and great room. Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended

  A very very relaxing spa afternoon. Just what my wife needed after the London Marathon. On a Monday afternoon it was quiet and the outdoor Jacuzzi was AMAZING. Looking forward to our next visit.

  Just been to the Mallory court for afternoon tea and they sat us by the hotel receptionist, I could not even finish my afternoon tea because I found the whole experience stressful and a terrible experience. My husband then went to pay over £50 for this afternoon tea and even told the manager that the whole set up was not good and we did not enjoy it and explained why, the manager did nothing. When we were about to leave I asked the receptionist that I would like to speak to the manager, so I waited and told him that its a bank holiday I have come here to have a lovely time on my day off and the whole experience was terrible and that afternoon tea should not be where you can here the receptionist working and talking bookings. I even said its not about the money it should be about the experience and this is not good and its my second time here. First time was pretty average. I felt the manager should of stepped up and be more supportive instead of just listening and doing nothing about it. That was even more frustrating. They have just lost 2 customers and we will never recommend this afternoon tea to no one. It would be interesting if they sort this out because they have our number and names.

  We attend Mallory Court a few times a year for internal meetings, and it's always very pleasant. Nicely situated, quiet, spacious. The food is decent, and the place is always very clean and tidy. Staff are a credit to the company - always attentive, pleasant, and happy to help. Also plenty of parking space!

  Our experience of Mallory Court hotel was brilliant! We booked afternoon tea in the morning for later that day, and they were still able to cater for our rather difficult dietary requirements (a vegetarian and a vegan). The selection of cakes and sandwiches was still excellent, and everything tasted great. Staff were also very helpful and polite, making us feel very welcome.
