  It was ok tables wasn't clean and service was a bit slow. Maybe caught them at a bad time although it didn't look busy

  Good hotel in central location, with nice views over the Tay from selected vantage points. Service efficient and friendly. Highly stylised, and lighting in some areas is moody at best, just dark at worst. But it's nice to be somewhere different, and Malmaison is that. Rooms can be compact, but opulent and well appointed. Some good rates on offer too, so check it out.

  Plush, beautiful rooms. 5 star food. Unfortunately the restaurant adds a service charge of 10% which is not made clear is actually removable. I wouldn't leave both a service charge as well as a tip. I feel for the serving staff as they seem to miss out because of this.

  I really like staying in Malmaison, it's stylish and comfortable and we got the room for a great rate. Staff were friendly and helpful and the beds are heavenly! Had drinks in the bar which is a nice cosy atmosphere. If I had to have any negatives it would only be the lighting in the room isn't great but that definitely wouldn't put me off staying again

  Great location, just minutes from the train station. Cocktails are fantastic with a good range of beers too. Staff are attentive and the atmosphere is pretty good at the weekends. We are regular visitors here and it never disappoints
