  Fantastic facilities for conferencing. We were put in the Ember Lounge - with 12 delegates. Very comfortable surroundings and the attentive staff looked after us very well. Would absolutely use again for business.

  Mixed reviews. Staff was great both front desk and in the restaurant! But the rooms are tired and need a face lift. Carpet was dirty and old. The bathroom ceiling had gross on it. Service really is great and they bring you fresh milk for tea in the mid morning. Just needs a bit of a face lift cosmetically.

  I went here for afternoon tea and was a bit disappointed with the quality, very little soft cheese on the bagels. the desserts were very tasty and plentiful. Good selection of teas. The quantity of food was fine for the price just could do with being better quality.

  My husband and I stayed over as it was my birthday. We stayed in one of the Manchester Suites and it was gorgeous. We then went to the bar before dinner and there was an acoustic set which was lovely but also the bar staff couldn't have been better. The evening meal was lovely and again the staff warm and attentive. My husband and I felt that our whole experience had been wonderful. We will certainly be staying again.
