  Good service at most times, but try to avoid the busiest periods when it can become a bit of a bear pit. It also helps if you're familiar with the type of service you require and can make a quick, correct selection from the self service consoles as you arrive.

  Shocking service. Went to pick up a parcel that was dropped off by Amazon. I had to get a ticket (fair enough) and wait to be served. 12:45 on Friday lunchtime and there was ONE person on the Counter Service. I was asked several times by "shop floor" staff if I needed help, but even though I only needed to pick up a parcel, I still was left to wait. After 20 mins there were still three tickets ahead of mine. I had things to do in my limited lunch break and standing there for most of it was not one of them. Never choosing this place as a Amazon drop off ever again!!!!!!

  Pros: whenever I've been in there staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Self service counters are handy if a little confusing at first. Cons: if you need to use the counter services expect a loooooooong wait! Not sure if it's bad organisation or understaffed but there's always a super long wait

  been trying to get through to this post office for an hour and a half. They dont have a phone number. they actually dont have a phone number...what the actual f.uck

  Por el atraso tan grande que tienen en el departamento internacional,hablan de España pues en eso funciona correos mucho mejor,correos en reino unido nefasto.
