  Went here on New years eve before popping all g to see the fireworks on the Thames. Food was served promptly on hot plates (yay!) We were able to take our time and were not rushed. Good quality food and great service.

  Management- your host is driving business away. We arrived around 17:20 and asked for seats for a party of two in the empty restaurant. We were told that they were all booked up and that if we were to be seated, we’d have to be out by 18:30. We said we would, and were seated in one of the worst spots in the establishment- against a corner. We then attempted to order .... and had to wait a quarter of an hour... in an empty restaurant. ——During our meal, we saw two other parties turned away; no guests with reservations ever showed up—- even by the time we left, at 18:30. Rubbish service by the host, passable food and portions. Waiters were sweet by comparison.
