::Highly recommend this B&B. What a lovely couple. Clearly people lovers, accommodating and cook a beautiful breakfast. No hesitation to stay again. Thank you very much form making our weekend for the wedding at Sulgrave manor super smooth. Even ironing my husbands shirt and providing us with the super cool high chair for our little boy.

::When one goes away it is not just the place that one visits that makes the experience but the place where one stays, and it is not just how clean the room is or how comfortable the bed that improves the stay; it is the welcome one receives. I can, with hand on heart, say I have never received a welcome quite like a Nigel and Merry welcome. Let me use a few deserved superlatives to describe the hosts at manor cottage. They are incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, warm, generous, considerate, delightfully convivial and, my God, do they cook a mean breakfast?! To put it another way: Nigel and Merry do everything they possibly can to make your stay as memorable as possible and they are the most wonderful company, should you choose to spend any time with them. And should you choose not to, well that's fine too. That's the beauty of Nigel and Merry - they are never intrusive; they are sensitive hosts who appreciate the peculiarities of their guests and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Did I forget to mention manor cottage itself? Well, that's only just the most picturesque building in the village, with charming rooms, very comfortable beds, very hot showers and a wood fire burning on a cold winter's night. If Nigel and Merry have a vacancy, don't think of staying anywhere else.

::I stayed at Manor Cottage with another petrol-head friend for the Friday/Saturday/Sunday of the British Grand Prix and what an absolute pleasure it was to come back to such a beautifully appointed house, not to mention the lovely garden and fabulous hospitality of both Nigel and Merry. The breakfast (mostly locally sourced) will set you up for the day whatever you are going to do and the house is far enough away from the A43 not to hear any traffic from there but near enough to be very handy indeed for any exploration you might want to do. I cannot recommend staying here enough - if I could have awarded 6* I certainly would have done so.....
