::AFTER TALKING T0 THE THEN TIME MANAGER I PURCHASED A CCTV SYSTEM WHICH HE SAID I COULD ADD A WIRELESS CAM TO IT AT A LATER DATE,AND INFORMED ME IT WAS FUTURE PROOF ,WHEN I CAME TO GET ONE AROUND THEE MONTHS LATER I WAS TOLD ITS NOT POSSIBLE AND THE MANAGER HAD LEFT ,SO I CONTACTED THE SUPPORT TEAM,THEY WENT STRAIGHT INTO DEFENCE MODE AND WERE NO HELP AT ALL,CHECK UP BEFORE YOU BUY AND DONT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED THAT THE SALES TEAM NO WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT ,,ODD ONES DO BUT MOST DONT ,NOW IVE GOT A CCTV THAT DOES NOT DO WHAT I WANTED IT FOR,USE THE WEB AND SOURCE YOUR GEAR FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY WITH CUSTOMER CARE THAT DOES CARE

::Poor mail order service. Ordered 3 resistors at 29 pence each. The delivery was expensive at 2.99 even though they would of fitted in an envelope with a first class stamp. I didn't mind paying as I was urgent. They did not even dispach until 2 and a half days later and when they did I was told that the £2.99 service was not a premium shipping service and that I would have to wait a further 3 days. I could of popped them in an envelope with a 60 pence first class stamp and they would of arrived next day.
