::This had to be my WORST maplin experience! There were a lot of Staff mooching about 1 at the door 3 at the tills. If you asked for anything you are vaguely pointed in some direction. There were many items that were only one item in stock or out of stock. Tickets on the shelf instruct you to speak to a member of staff. If it is out of stock they will deliver it free of charge. I overheard other customers asking for items and they were told (without looking) that 'we no longer do it' After finally finding the item I was after I went to the till only to find staff continually asking others on how to do things. This gave me the impression that they are lacking point of sale system training. A little customer service would go along way TIP: order online to collect in store at least it will save time wasting.
