  We have bought through Mark Belcher Estate Agents twice and are in the process of selling through them also. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and Katy, our negotiator has offered a service that has gone above and beyond. When we could not get a response from solicitors she was quick to chase up any queries and get things sorted rapidly. Fab service would definitly recommend

  Not sure which agent Mr Jones was reviewing but Mark Belcher Estate Agents do not handle lettings or block management. They only deal with sales.

  Mark's a really experienced estate agent, he's been around for years, knows the area extremely well. And offers useful advice. He's handled two sales for me no problem. He also knows where to go for advice on solicitors, mortgages, surveyors etc. If you're buying or selling he's worth a call.

  Dishonest, took advantage of us as First-Time Buyers, tried to swindle us by saying he knew more about surveying than the surveyors in the homebuyers report. We advise to avoid at all costs.
