::A superb range of goods. Prices can be astonishing for what they are. I'm a regular customer. The checkouts can be busy. There are express check-outs but they're often not much quicker. The cafe is not the greatest, the food is pretty ordinary and expensive, the drinks are okay. Often difficult to get a seat at certain times. The clothes aren't as good as they used to be. I like the place. Don't love it.

::Have shopped here a few times since being in Scotland. I am visiting from the US. I love the choices of fresh foods available in the grocery section. The apparel sections were neat and organized, things were easy to find and staff members greeted me in passing.
