  A lovely staff member, made it a very pleasant experience, I was breastfeeding my daughter in the café and she asked if I'd like a glass of water. It's the little things like that that make such a big difference!

  Gave a refund on my cashmere sweater that had shrunk in spite of me following the washing instructions! Excellent service.

  Old fashioned store crying out to be dragged in to 2018. Food over packaged so not great from an environmental perspective. Service is mediocre at best, much prefer Waitrose for food and service.

  Extremely fair and efficient customer service. My wife bought a jumper for me for Christmas and a seam came apart after wearing it just once. But I didn't have time to take it back nor could we find the receipt. M&S checked the item code on the system and verified it instantly and have me cash back for it. Which I immediately used to buy my replacement. No having to mess with credit receipt, etc. Best customer service I've seen on the high street :)

  I mostly come shopping here for the alcohol - don't judge me! They have a great selection, it's a pretty big store. But sadly the do run out of stock of quite a few things that I would buy at m&s, so I generally have to order online for pickup from store.
