  Staff very helpful not overly attentive but there should you need help... clean nice displays, in all a good shopping experience.

  Came in to have a quick look around and a coffee with the wife and baby, and the store has adequate room to manoeuvre a pram around it, although the lift is right at the back of the store and is quite tight when all 3 are in. That,said, the cafe was nice and roomy and it has a good selection of snacks and meals, and the pricing isn't too bad. The men's and kids clothing sections are quite big (at the upper back of the store) and the range is good in there

  We went here specifically for a coffee in the upstairs cafe. It was unusually quiet and we didn't need to queue for long. The drinks & snacks in here are reasonably priced, plus the small cup is a generous size ... more like a large cup at other cafes in Carlisle.

  Great place to shop. A lot of 50% offers on clothing and accessories. Food hall also has some offers on. Staff always helpful and friendly. You can't go wrong.
