::The staff in this shop is very helpful. I was looking for a cardigan on a hot day. Although M&S didn't have any, they still recommended some other shops in town. They also let me use their changing cabins to change into my own shorts which I had with me.

::I felt a little light headed and asked a member of staff for the nearest exit. He was a First Aider for the store and escorted me to their cafe where he encouraged me to sit down and relax. He also arranged a glass of chilled water on behalf of the store. When I left the store I felt relaxed and happy.....thank you M&S

::I usually get my lunch here, they serve really good roast chicken and other delicious food but today Ive seen something that really disappointed me. I expected that the daily soup was maiden from fresh ingredients every day but when I looked up at the kitchen I noticed that they use the soup from the shelves hit up in the microwave. I believe that it's unacceptable being a fresh deli food section. Also the shelves soup from the package cost around 2.3 pound for 500ml when the "Deli " soup cost almost 4 pound for not even half of the amounts, being pretty much the same thing. Pretty Sad

::I did not find the staff here to be proactively helpful. Some even bordered on treating customers' queries as interruption to their work. Otherwise, a good place to shop once in a while. You may find here some unique products.

::I've met Marks and can confirm he's a good bloke. But Spencer refuses to talk to me man to man. He sends his bully boys down from head office to chase me out of the store, but I'll keep coming back. London is my town and no one tells me where I can and can't go.
