  Took a pair of shoes back that were the wrong size :(. Then went into the shoe department and a lovely lady looked through some returns and found me the correct size that I then purchased. The shoes were not stocked in my local M&S (Nottingham). WONDERFUL Customer Service!

  Would you believe it? No longer buying schoowealr or underwear from M&S we find ourselves buying bread on a regular basis. The selection of different sourdough breads isn't up to continental standards but is a rare delight compared to conventional British white sliced bread. Carry on please M&S bakers. Keep practising. You're doing well.

  I visited on the day before mother's Day and the cards were really good quality but still reasonably priced. And the chocolates and flowers were really good quality. They do quality really well without ripping you off.

  Always some nice bras ti choose from. Lovely workers and very easy to get there in town. Would appreciate more vegan food in their grocery part.

  Marks & Spencer is well known for its quality and well designed clothes and affordable prices. However, their clothes is more for classic women and if they want to survive in this huge market, then they should start targeting the younger generation also by adding more fashionable clothes. Staff are friendly and the food hall has delicious stuff.
