  Very attentive and knowledgeable staff. Nice seating area whilst waiting for appointment..Great coffee too. You are given time to look round and ask questions without being made to feel your a nuisance. Lee couldn't have been more helpful.

  Very helpful staff, rightly completed a water ingress fault free of charge although warranty had expired. No messing around courtesy for 2 weeks for my troubles. 5/5

  Recently bought a used Smart car from Marshall Mercedes and could not fault the service we received. From the first phone call to Rhys who sold us the car he could not be faulted. As we live 60miles away Rhys put together a very in depth video of the car which was a huge help and shown everything we then went to pick car up a week later again even though surrounded by mercedes costing tens of thousands of pounds we still got treated like we had just bought an S class. My daughter's first car was placed pride of place in the showroom so she was blown away when we arrived and made to feel special. We did discover a fault with the car however this was booked in and repaired and due to inconvenience caused a tank of fuel was put into the car and the fault was repaired. What could have been a negative experience then occurred as the part ordered was wrong but the lady in service dept sorted the issue and again really looked after us. Eventually all jobs were sorted and car is amazing and not at all what I thought a smart car would be ( don't tell my daughter but I love driving it). Will say one negative was that Rhys sorted more fuel to be put into car due to extra mileage we had done but this was not done by the staff (that is a petty negative and more an oversight) Highly recommended The garage for choice and service and when my lottery numbers come in this week will be giving Rhys a call for a new S class as his personal touch meant a lot THANKS

  I just wanted to say what excellent service I received from Marshall Mercedes in Blackpool. I took my car to them as an engine warning light came on and when they investigated they discovered it was an electrical fault. This was not covered by the warranty but before they had even broken the bad news to me they contacted the dealership who I bought the car off who agreed to pay for the repair as a good will gesture. They fixed the car the next day and even cleaned it inside and out. Thank you so much.

  I walked into this dealership just out of interest about a GLA and had a really useful conversation with Devon, she was so helpful told me all the information I needed to know. I would absolutely go back to her for a car to when I am ready to make my purchase. the staff in general were fantastic and Devon was so helpful! Would definitely go back, great advice and great service!
