  This is estate comes highly recommended. They go up above and beyond the expected job. If you want an estate agent who know their market and are excellent value for money then Martin & Co fit the criteria. For a quick house sale and help every step of the way - choose them. You won’t regret it. They did us proud - thank you Will we couldn’t have done it without you.

  My family relocated 300 miles to Cornwall last year. Julie and the rest of the team were brilliant in helping to make the move less stressful. Having not rented for many years they guided us through the whole process and couldn't have been more helpful. Would highly recommend this agency.

  We have rented our first flat in UK and we were inexperienced about anything related to topic. We were lucky to meet Julie from Martin & Co to guide us throughout the process and helped us to find a suitable place for us to call home. We got quick responses to our emails and are really satisfied with the service. We totally advise Martin & Co Truro.

  I’ve just used Martin & Co for the first time to let my house. I was very impressed with the level of service they provided. They kept me informed thoughout the process, they were quick to communicate via phone and email. Nothing was too much trouble. Very efficient service. They offer a complete letting service to include full management or just a tenant finding service. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to let their property.

  I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews for Martin & Co Truro as our experience so far has been excellent. My partner and I moved from overseas and needed a furnished place. After visiting a fantastic flat and going to the Martin & Co office later that afternoon to say we'd take it, our hearts were racing when we went in and heard our estate agent Julie on the phone to someone in London interested in the same flat. As she knew we were so interested in the flat she stalled the person and suggested other properties would better. When he didn't relent she eventually told him that we had walked in, that we had taken the time to visit the property so wanted to give us first option on it. Even when he offered to "double what they're paying" to take it off the market, she refused. We're really happy with our place and after hearing just how tough it is to get a well-furnished place in Truro, we are so thankful that she did this for us! Hopefully the service continues to be excellent all the way through until after ending our lease.
