  Rang up to enquire about a property and discussed availability for a viewing, gave them my details for others too, then never heard anything over email or phone. Later saw the property had been let online. Professional courtesy critically lacking.

  When I accepted a new job in York I had to find a place quickly. I viewed a flat let by Martin & Co York on a Wednesday, and was able to move in the following Tuesday. Unlike other letting agents, Martin & Co are efficient and professional, and offer great customer service.

  I had mixed experience with other letting agents in York, with some coming much late for scheduled viewings, or even not showing up at all. But Martin & Co was always superb in every respect, with cool professional attitude and helpful advice whenever I asked, and I had no trouble whatsoever when moving with my family to our apartment in York. If I have another chance to look for property in York, Martin & Co would definitely be my first choice.
