  A beautiful place, well equipped. If you are looking for something different this is the perfect place. An idyllic setting of a small farm courtyard with a few holiday cottages and beautiful grounds.

  We stayed in the Dairy which was spotlessly clean;. well equiped, and so comfortable. Cottages are in the middle of the country but with easy access to many places. Chickens in the garden (Caged) and a nice area to sit out when weather permits. Definately recommend.

  We have stayed I the "Shippon" twice, and we will be back again. The cottage is very comfortable, it has everything we need and more besides. The location is excellent, out in the countryside but only minutes away from the A59, and Burscough. The owners are friendly and helpful.
