    Open 6am till 7.30 pm wednesdays.went at 2.45pm closed till 3.30??? Also my daughter sent a parcel which went missing.staff advised her that as she sent it 2nd class there was nothing they could do.emailed a complaint to royal mail who refunded her £20 for the value of the parcel(luckily she had the receipts and receipt for posting)and £3.26 for postage.very good service from royal mail poor service by rise park staff who could have told her to claim online but couldn't be bothered.
