  This shop is my local (in)convenience store. It is a 5 minute walk from my home but I now choose to walk a 35 minute round trip to Tesco. Here's why: Went into shop to find 3 customers confused as to where the staff were. I shouted 'hello' a number of times and Caroline emerged like nothing was wrong! Caroline also turns off the lottery machine around 20minutes before the shop closes (which is at least an hour before the lottery deadline) I have to be careful here... One member of staff is clearly suspicious of certain types of people. Also he has been very unhelpful; probably badly trained or just lazy. Smells of stale smoke. One positive is the young blond guy. Always smiling and happy to help. Sorry Martins but you are not doing Hersham justice.
