    Went in today to send a letter to someone in prison. It had 10 pounds in it. I asked for signed for deliveey postage. The assistant behind the counter spoke to me very rudely telling me that i shouldnt be sending money this way. When i informed her it was the only way i could send it,she snapped at me "no its not,yiu can send it special delivery"!!! As there was other customers around i didnt give her a response. She continued to take my money and serve me with a silent attitude. Did it not occur to her that i could not afford the special delivery and was it really necessary to embarrass me in a queue full of people??!!! If i had spoken to her in an ungainly manner i would more than likely have been removed from the shop. Wont be giving them any more of my custom

    Very helpful Post Office. If you are going to collect a parcel, wait until atleast 12:00PM, RoyalMail doesn't usually deliver parcels and such before 12.
