  Shop nicely presented and clean. Lots of choice. Quality of goods are of a good standard. I give this store 3 stars only because of our wait to go through the check out. .Staff too busy chatting to each other and sorting out merchandise to serve customers. Very poor. Up your anti Matalan if you want the same credibility as the other big stores.

  Everything was ok until we got to the check out, when the lady serving was too busy talking to the lady on the next till who was also serving a customer, and it was not work related, just thought this was rude as we are customers, I think they should be paying attention to us rather than chatting to each other.
