  I chose this store for collecting a Click & Collect order as it was close to where I work. Easy to get to on the Docklands Light Railway. The store seemed nothing special but was okay. Although not busy the staff did not appear in too much of a hurry to serve me. I stood waiting at the end of the queue sign with tills 1 to 3 lit up. Two of the three staff then disappeared leaving one left who was serving a customer. After they left I was not called over so after a minute or so I wondered over and got their attention and then was served. It took a further 5 mins for my order to be got hold of. I guess the staff were so engrossed in what they were doing they were not aware of what was going on around them. In other Matalan stores I have always been served promptly.

  This is a great shop for clothing and household goods and soft furnishings. Prices are cheap most of it is good quality. The fact that I don't like a lot of it is neither here nor there but hence three stars rather than four. Lots of car parking and close to public transport

  This is a pretty nice store and unlike other Matlans it's very close to the public transport. Has a good variety of clothes for the whole family. Got some house goods too The store is quiet and the staff are friendly. Good value for money.
