  The WORST PHOTO LAB EVER! Just please never go there! Their lack of professionalism and sympathy is outrageous! What they call of a "quality 1 hour photo development" is a joke. I took a Pentax K1000 from my university and went there to buy a film for it. As I'd never shot with it before, I asked one of the employees to load the camera for me. I was scared she would break it since she couldn't even open the back. However, she managed to do it. I came back a few days later to develop my film. They were so rude, I can't even explain. They told me to come and pick up my photos 1 hour later. When I came, the lady tells me that my film had NOTHING on it and blames the camera, saying that "sometimes these cameras are really old and don't work properly". I was speechless, shocked and mad. I made a trip to one of my favorite cities and this was the only camera I had brought with me. I had paid this lady to PROPERLY load my camera and now I don't have any photos of my trip. I'm left with my memories. I'm sorry if this is a long review, although the only thing i regret abou it is giving them 1 star. This place is not worth any.

  It is the second time I visit this shop to have my photo taken, due to convenience of location. I won't bother coming back. Staff lacked any sense of professionalism and basic customer service skills. Even though the task was very simple (what can go wrong in a ID type photo?) The overall outcome was disappointing. Needless to say I had to visit another shop to have a proper photo taken on the same day. What a waste of money and time.
