  Fast service.. good passport photos.. pricey thought at £9.99 but you do get a usb stick and an upload code.

  9.99 for 4 passport photos and for a copy on a pen drive. Seems a little steep. You can now use your phone to submit your picture when renewing your passport on line. You need to find a flat plain white wall and avoid shadows on your face and on the wall, which can be a little difficult. The rest of the online application form was really simple.

  Some staff dont know know how to link phones to printers etc. Could do with more training.
